All sales are final and are ineligible for returns or refunds. If you have a problem with your order, including tracking/long shipping times, damaged or missing items, etc., please reach out to loveboxbooks@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will always do our best to assist you and make sure you are happy with your order.

Please note: Books and other products change based on availability and season, and are not guaranteed. We do our best to accomodate customization requests, but cannot guarantee certain book tropes/types, product colors, etc.. We strive to keep a variety of tropes and spice levels available in our romance titles to accomodate varying preferences. Here are some things to note with our title selection:

Books with no spice may be wholesome/closed-door, Christian/religious, or YA in nature. They do not contain any explicit/graphic sexual content, and are typically appropriate for readers 14 and up.

Books with low to moderate spice are more plot and character driven than spicy, but may still contain multiple open-door or explicit scenes. They are typically suitable for readers 18 and up.

Books with moderate to high spice contain a lot of explicit/graphic sexual content, and may also include darker/taboo themes. Please ensure you read the content warnings page, which may be inside the book or on the author's website (so as to avoid spoilers). These are only suitable for readers 18 and up.
